Placing an Order

Placing an order with Crown Chakra Publishing is quick and easy. Choose instant online ordering or submit your order by mail.

• To order online, visit our Store and click the Order Online button to use your credit card or your PayPal account.
  
• To order by mail, visit our Store, click the Mail Order button, print the Order Form, complete it, and mail it to the address shown at the bottom of the form.
  

Orders are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays excluding holidays observed by the US Post Office, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Orders shipped within the US travel by USPS Priority Mail. Delivery takes 2-3 days.

International orders are usually shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery times can vary from country to country and may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements. We are required by law to note that the contents of international packages contain books. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

Return Policy

It's easy to return a book if you're not satisfied.

Books sold by Crown Chakra Publishing may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable but we will be happy to pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of an error on our part.

Books must be in their original condition.

In the US, books should be returned via USPS Priority Mail and should include a tracking number. International customers may return books using any suitable shipping means, provided books are padded in order to avoid damage during transit.

Once we receive the book, we will issue a refund using your original form of payment.

Books acquired from retailers such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Borders, and independent bookstores, may be returned to their place of purchase.
